Cathy Agacinski, a distinguished member of the Florida and New Jersey Bars, completed her Bachelors in Finance at Fairfield University and her Juris Doctorate at Stetson University College of Law. With over three decades of experience in insurance litigation, she holds Board Certification in Workers Compensation. Cathy's journey in the insurance realm began as a producer in New Jersey, evolving as she obtained her insurance agent’s license in Florida. Collaborating with her father and mentor, Martin Agacinski, she co-established 3G Insurance. Cathy's profound expertise in insurance law and coverage uniquely equips her to assess law firms' Legal Liability and Cyber Security Insurance needs, ensuring comprehensive coverage at competitive rates.
Marty Agacinski
Co-founder of 3G Insurance
Martin Agacinski is the Senior Underwriter of 3 Generations Insurance. He previously was a large risk manager for Liberty Mutual and founded two other retail insurance agencies in New Jersey; BIS Improved Insurance and Group Insurance Services. The later agency proved the value of an Agency focused on specialization and how Insurance Markets responded to an Agency focused on single issue expertise. With this understanding, he was integral in identifying the unique insurance needs of law firms and sought to merge his daughter's expertise in law with his own expertise in insurance. Marty’s accomplishments and achievements in the insurance industry provided him access to the best of Legal Liability Carriers, which in turn gave 3 Generations the ability to provide Florida law firms more affordable Professional Liability.
Felicia Colon
Administrative Assistant
Felicia Colon brings over twenty years of experience as a paralegal complemented by an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Finance. Felicia holds a certification as a Spanish Interpreter and plays an integral role at 3 Generations insurance, efficiently managing client information, organizing documents, and enhancing operational effectiveness.
Ruby Theodore
Media & Marketing Coordinator
Ruby Theodore, is a graduate from the prestigious University of South Florida, with a Bachelor's of Science in Business Management. Ruby will be pursuing her Juris Doctor at the Florida International University School of Law as Class of 2027. Her management experience has honed her skills in handling diverse media platforms and crafting effective marketing materials. Ruby serves as the key liaison for all media platforms at 3G
